There are wonderful walks in all directions and a variety of grades will be on offer from leisurely to moderate. We can walk out of the door to Helm Crag (aka the lion and the lamb), Easedale Tarn, Rydal Water and so much more. Our itinerary will be flexible according to the conditions at the time but we aim to take in the best and most scenic trails.

We will be staying at the Glenthorne Guest House, set in its own tranquil grounds and known for its warm welcome and good food. Grasmere village is within a few minutes’ walk and has a good variety of shops and cafes. The holiday is full board so once you’re there you will spend very little.
