Based in the idyllic Peak District village of Edale, this course covers map reading and compass skills with plenty of time to practice in the outdoors. The area is beautiful and we will spend much of our time exploring, on and off path, on the iconic Peak District plateau of Kinder Scout.

Set between Dartmoor and the Devon coast, Dartington is a perfect centre from which to explore this area. To the south we have the south west coast with its many beautiful beaches, as well as the river Dart that leads down to Dartmouth. To the north lies Dartmoor with a totally different landscape wrapped in history with ancient woodlands and wild open moors.

Camino de Santiago, The French Way          Grade: Moderate

2 - 8 May 2020 - 6 nights

The Camino de Santiago is an internationally renowned walking trail with many route options. Our chosen route covers the final 114 kilometres of the French Way through the delightful Galician hills from the lovely town of Sarria westwards to the city of Santiago de Compostela an its imposing cathedral. It is the most popular section of the trail and deservedly so.

23 - 30 May 2020 - 7 nights

Sardinia is an island of imposing limestone mountains, deep gorges, white sand beaches and an inviting turquoise sea. There is much to explore and much to learn about Sardinia’s fascinating history. We will be walking in the rugged mountains of the Supramonte region, exploring the history of the ancient Nuragic civilization and enjoying some of the most beautiful stretches of coastal walking the island has to offer.

1 -5 June 2020 - 4 nights

Join us for a wonderful few days of walking and glamping (or camping) in this stunning area of Pembrokeshire. This really is a hidden gem and we are very excited to have discovered it! Our walking holiday will explore the rugged coastline to the north near Cardigan Bay, the vast open moorland of the Preseli Hills and the tranquillity of nearby woodland and country lanes.

The Fife peninsula sits just above Edinburgh and below Dundee and is a delightfully scenic destination with plenty to offer the visitor. Add to that the hidden gem which is the Isle of May and the historic university town of St Andrews and you have the makings of a fabulous holiday.
