National Forest Lesbian Break Grade: Leisurely and Low Moderate Plus
£640.00
Based at the National Forest Youth Hostel, about 20 miles south of Derby, this holiday will explore the nearby paths and tracks of the National Forest, a mixture of old and newly planted trees. On one day we will head over to walk in the National Nature Reserve near Calke Abbey.
There are two walks each day, one leisurely walk up to around 6 miles and a longer walk of around 10 – 12 miles with not too many ascents. These walks are longer than the usual low moderate grade but with fewer hills than the usual moderate walks.
We stay at the National Forest Youth Hostel where we have exclusive use with shared and single use ensuite rooms available. The hostel is modern, bright, spacious and eco-friendly with 23 ensuite rooms – and a pool table.
We have our own cook on site and the holiday is full board. There is a 2 course evening meal and breakfast and packed lunch are provided on a help yourself basis.
